Hi everyone! I want to welcome you all with open arms. If you are new to, or have been practicing Pilates for many years you have found your studio! Classes are equipment based and mat, we offer private lessons as well as groups. We are a small studio with small classes, amazing instructors and the best vibe in town.

Melissa is the BEST. I drive over an hour to see her. No one else compares, great workout, easy to schedule and very fairly priced for private sessions as well.
